Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. in Taguig is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop and maintain accurate forecasts.

You will analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches to inform the rolling demand plan. You will consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders, monitor forecast accuracy, and provide scenario analyses to support inventory availability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Demand Planning/Forecasting; FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience in demand analysis, forecasting, and forecast accuracy monitoring.
• Strong demand forecasting, data analysis, and Excel skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and demand variances.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate forecasts and reports within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support the rolling consensus demand plan.
• Monitor actual demand versus forecast, analyze variances and risks, and adjust forecasts based on business and market changes.
• Provide demand insights and scenario analysis to support inventory availability and customer service requirements.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key demand planning KPIs; identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare timely demand forecasts, performance reports, and variance analyses for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate demand planning data, forecasting models, and planning parameters in SAP and other applicable systems.
• Validate demand data and support improvements to forecasting tools, processes, and methodologies.
