Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
• Strong computer literacy with emphasis on multitasking and research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to make judgments based on criteria and experience.
• Flexible to fluctuating deadlines, workloads, and priorities.
• Willingness to learn enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Validate data via phone, spreadsheets, and web research.
• Document data and processes accurately; communicate findings clearly.
• Ensure quality and compliance in all services.
• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries by email and calls within SLAs.
• Adhere to policies on authentication, data security, and retention.
• Navigate multiple systems and internal tools for research and documentation.
• Investigate client issues and escalate to Supervisor when needed.
• Build customer confidence through problem-solving and service delivery.
• Maintain records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
