Job summary

Zoetis Philippines is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead sales execution, marketing excellence, and data-driven insights for the local market. You will collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans that support the field force and marketing programs.

You will drive KPI adoption, oversee data and digital platforms, and mentor teams to improve performance and alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

Strong sales and marketing management experience in leadership roles over at least 5 years.
Leadership with change management, influencing and execution effectiveness.
High competency in data and digital management.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Experience in strategy development and execution planning.
Demonstrated people management and development skills.
High resilience and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

Develops and translates the commercial strategy into executable plans for Field Force Effectiveness and Marketing Excellence.
Partners with leadership to drive KPI adoption and performance across the field force.
Leads data and digital initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analytics.
Champions field coaching priorities and certification programs in line with standards and KPIs.
Represents and aligns the Commercial Excellence agenda across local and global teams.
