Zoetis Philippines seeks a Commercial Excellence Manager to drive best-in-class sales execution and market data insights from leadership to the field force. You will ensure KPI adoption, promote use of Touchpoint, Azure, NGSE, and drive ongoing system development with CRM teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making across cross-functional teams, with focus on field force effectiveness and commercial strategy delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing management roles.
• Proven leadership with change management and execution skills.
• Strong data and digital management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in strategy development and execution planning.
• People management and performance development.
• High resilience and adaptability to change.

Responsabilités

• Develop and translate business strategy into an executable Field Force plan.
• Drive Field Force Effectiveness KPIs and coaching priorities.
• Lead data and digital practices, adopting NGSE, Azure, Hybris.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to support commercial decisions.
• Foster cross-functional alliances across country and above-country teams.
