Job summary

Hirehawk Recruitment Services is seeking an analytical Amazon Operations Specialist to support the Brand Operations Manager in Seller Central tasks, focusing on inventory planning, listing optimization, and account health management across marketplaces.

You will work on data-backed optimization, monitor key metrics, and help drive organic growth. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, and Keepa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience supporting Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong background in listing optimization and keyword research.
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal weeks of cover and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Assist with replenishment planning based on sales velocity and forecast guidance.
• Monitor aged inventory and coordinate actions to reduce long-term storage fees.
• Support listing optimization including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ content.
