Hirehawk Recruitment Services is seeking a remote Amazon Seller Central specialist to support inventory planning, listing optimization, and account health across global marketplaces. You will execute day-to-day operations, analyze data, and collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to drive organic growth.

The role emphasizes accurate execution, actionable reporting, and proactive issue identification, with final decisions remaining with the Brand Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong listing optimization and keyword research experience, including Amazon SEO and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, or comparable Amazon research tools.
• Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for analyzing operational data and building accurate reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating discrepancies and driving actions.
• Fluent English for remote collaboration, reporting, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory planning and replenishment based on sales velocity and forecast guidance.
• Flag aged inventory and coordinate shipments to minimize storage costs and delays.
• Improve listings through keyword research and updates to titles, bullet points, and backend terms.
• Analyze ASIN-level traffic, keyword rankings, and term performance to boost organic ranking and CTR.
• Resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues and escalate Seller Central cases.
• Monitor account health, Buy Box status, pricing, reviews, and ratings to flag risks.
• Audit FBA shipments and fees; file and track reimbursement claims for losses.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on sales trends, inventory, and gaps.
• Track competitor listings, pricing, keywords, and category trends using Helium 10/Keepa.
