HireHawk Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Operations Associate to support inventory planning, listing optimization, account health, and day-to-day Seller Central operations for our remote teams.

You will deepen your Amazon operations expertise while collaborating with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams on listing improvements, product launches, and international expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong listing optimization and keyword research experience.
• Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa or similar tools.
• Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent English communication for remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Help prevent stockouts and overstock by monitoring inventory coverage and supporting replenishment plans based on sales velocity, seasonality, and forecast guidance from the Brand Operations Manager.
• Reduce storage costs and delays by flagging aged inventory, coordinating shipments, and addressing FBA receiving issues.
• Improve listing discoverability through keyword research and updates to titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content using Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking, CTR, and conversion by analyzing ASIN-level traffic, keyword rankings, and search term performance, and supporting content and image A/B tests.
• Restore listing availability by resolving suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues, and escalating Seller Central cases as needed.
• Monitor account health and sales risk signals, flag recurring issues, and keep Brand Ops Manager informed.
• Audit FBA shipments and fees to recover losses and file reimbursement claims for missing inventory.
• Provide actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales trends, sessions, conversion, and inventory flow.
• Track competitor listings and category trends using Helium 10, Keepa, or similar tools to strengthen listing positioning.
• Coordinate launches, listing updates, and international expansion efforts with marketing, design, and supply chain teams.
