Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Amazon Seller Central specialist to support the Brand Operations Manager.

You will help manage inventory planning, optimize product listings, monitor account health, and handle day‑to‑day Seller Central operations to drive organic growth. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams on launches, optimization, and international expansion while ownership remains with the Brand Ops Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong listing optimization and keyword research with Amazon SEO understanding.
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa or similar tools.
• Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing operational data and reporting.
• Fluent English for remote collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory coverage and assist replenishment plans to prevent stockouts.
• Flag aged inventory and coordinate shipments to reduce storage costs.
• Improve listing discoverability with keyword research and updates to titles, bullets, and backend terms using tools.
• Analyze ASIN-level traffic and rankings to improve ranking, CTR, and conversions.
• Resolve suppressions and catalog issues and manage Seller Central cases.
• Monitor account health signals, Buy Box status, pricing, reviews, and flag issues.
• Assist with reimbursements for lost, damaged, or missing inventory.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales, traffic, and inventory reports.
• Track competitor listings and trends to strengthen listing positioning.
• Coordinate launches, updates, and international expansion with marketing and supply chain teams.
