Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a DC Solutioning and Provisioning Expert in the Philippines. The role designs and implements data center solutions to meet customer needs, under the Data Center Solutioning and Provisioning Manager, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant service delivery.

You will support solution design, provisioning, and technical issues while engaging customers to align requirements with best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• ITIL and data center certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years in data center solutioning, provisioning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Solution design and development to create scalable, secure data center solutions.
• Assist end-to-end provisioning and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Provide technical support during design and provisioning phases.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes.
• Document designs, provisioning steps, and technical specs.
