Job summary

Globe is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Assurance Manager to validate and certify newly constructed or upgraded data centers, ensuring full commissioning, resilience, and operational readiness before handover to live operations. This role bridges engineering handovers with day-to-day site operations, focusing on power, cooling, and security systems to support continuous 24/7 mission-critical services.

In addition to validation duties, the position can dual-align with site operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline required.
Minimum 5–7 years in data center engineering, commissioning or critical facilities.
3+ years in a management or supervisory role in 24/7 environments.

Responsibilities

Validate and certify new or upgraded data centers for 24/7 readiness.
Audit commissioning (Levels 1–5) and ensure operational readiness across power, cooling, security and monitoring.
Bridge engineering/construction handovers with live operations and ensure design intent is met.
Lead dual-role site operations when required and drive uptime programs.
