Manager to execute operational strategies, oversee teams and vendors, and drive continuous improvements in infrastructure and facilities management. The role requires 6–8 years in data center operations, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong technical and supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in mission-critical data center or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising technical teams in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and power distribution systems.
• Familiarity with data center operational metrics and performance monitoring.
• Experience working with DCIM platforms, monitoring systems, etc.
• Knowledge of incident management, change management, and maintenance management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, Uptime Institute ATS/ATS+, or similar are an advantage.
• Amenable to work onsite in Caloocan (Bagumbong).
