Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in mission-critical data center or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising technical teams in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and power distribution systems.
• Familiarity with data center operational metrics and performance monitoring.
• Experience working with DCIM platforms, monitoring systems, etc.
• Knowledge of incident management, change management, and maintenance management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of data center operations, ensuring the continuous availability of power, cooling, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Supervise operational activities including facilities maintenance, equipment monitoring, incident response, and operational support.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, change management processes, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical systems including UPS, generators, CRAC units, electrical distribution, and cooling infrastructure.
• Monitor and track key operational metrics including PUE, MTBF, MTTR, RCI.
• Coordinate incident response activities and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
