Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. seeks an experienced professional to lead detailed design of large-scale HVAC and plumbing systems for mission critical facilities in the Philippines.

You will provide SME guidance on Data Center/Mission HVAC/plumbing design and collaborate with engineering teams and field staff to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule. Responsibilities include field surveys, technical drawing reviews, detailed calculations, and support for 24x7 Data

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with mission critical facility design and implementation.
• Experience with data center power distribution, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and interpret equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to deliver detailed design of large-scale HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Data Center/Mission HVAC/plumbing design.
• Work closely with engineering project teams and field personnel to review projects on scope, budget and schedule.
• Perform project tasks and assignments within budgeted hours and deadlines.
• Incorporate schedules, budgets and project criteria into physical design and layouts.
• Conduct field surveys, drawings, and data to assess conditions of existing facilities and develop reports.
• Prepare and/or review technical drawings to ensure installations conform to standards.
• Perform detailed calculations as needed and compile engineering studies and reports.
• Support and maintain 24x7 Data Center operations.
• Work with Network engineering and lead Data Center projects to ensure delivery meets customers.
