Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Tanauan, Batangas to lead and develop a small HR team. You will guide junior members, ensure clear communication, and drive people-centric initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws, business acumen, and leadership skills to define plans, budgets, and monitor performance. Onsite work with a compressed, Monday-to-Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
2 years HR experience or 5 years in other HR areas.
Strong knowledge of business acumen and Philippines employment laws.
Leadership competencies: decision making, engagement, and people management.

Responsibilities

Guide junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information.
Define semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
Supervise and ensure subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated in a timely and objective manner.
Summarize and analyze human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
Maintain, review, and enhance HRIS and connected systems.
Create and conduct training on HRIS/DMA matters.
