Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an HR Admin - Reports and Analytics Associate – SME to support employee engagement programs and reporting. The role focuses on HR analytics, data accuracy, and partner communication for HR initiatives.

You will work onsite at BGC Taguig in shifting schedules, collaborate with the HR team, and leverage SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and other HRMS/ERP tools like SAP and Workday to generate insights and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Employee Engagement Administration and Reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics.
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
• Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of employee compensation activities and HR communications.
• Design, draft, and deploy HR communications; manage branding for HR messages.
• Support Hire to Retire processes (TA, Learning, etc.).
• Track efficiency and respond to communication needs for org-wide messages.
• Administer and analyze engagement surveys and VOC surveys; obtain approvals from Work Councils when needed.
• Coordinate survey logistics and follow-up actions.
