Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• With 5 years of related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR.
• With knowledge in labor laws.
• With analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles, and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information.
• Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
• Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures.
