Spac Information Technology Inc is seeking a Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Reporting in the Philippines. The role focuses on analyzing financial services data, building dashboards, and delivering insights to improve operational performance and decision making.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reports and automate recurring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Mathematics/Business Analytics or related
• At least 2 years of data analysis, business reporting, or BI experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
• Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction and reporting
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Good analytical and communication skills, ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements

Responsabilités

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel, Power BI or other tools
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases
• Analyze business trends, KPIs and operational performance
• Identify data patterns and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible
• Support management reporting, performance reviews and ad hoc analysis
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality and compliance with policies
