Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, statistics, mathematics, business analytics or related field.
• At least 2 years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas).
• Hands-on SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Analyze business trends, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Identify data patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into insights.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
