ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst III – Power BI Team to bridge business requirements and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing needs, supporting BI/reporting solutions, and ensuring data accuracy for actionable insights.

You will work with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to deliver dashboards and reports, perform data validation, and contribute to KPI development using Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI development.
• Perform data querying, validation, reconciliation, and analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, technical documentation, and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers.
• Identify data discrepancies, reporting gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage multiple reporting requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum practices, ServiceNow, and AI tools to support business analysis activities.
