Job summary

STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Business Analyst to support Finance Operations and Supply Chain through data analytics, reporting, and BI development. You will translate business needs into dashboards and actionable insights.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, maintain dashboards, and drive continuous improvement while operating in a hybrid setup (Ayala, Makati). Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience in Finance Operations, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Analytics, or Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Analyze data, monitor KPIs, perform trend analysis and reporting across functions.
• Create and maintain data models to support BI solutions.
• Validate data across sources and support testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, Supply Chain and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Manage requirements documentation, user stories, and project tracking in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate stakeholders, workshops, and deliverables in Agile teams.
