Job summary

Support Services Group in the Philippines is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using the Microsoft data stack. You will collaborate with Operations, QA, and Workforce Management to create dashboards, automate reporting, and improve business performance through data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on BI or data analytics experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Fabric, SQL Server (T-SQL), Python, SSIS, and SSRS/Power BI Report Builder.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and BI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS.
• Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and optimize data models with DAX/Power Query.
