Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Mathematics/Business Analytics or related
• At least 2 years of data analysis, business reporting, or BI experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
• Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction and reporting
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Good analytical and communication skills, ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements

Role: Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Reporting

Location: Philippines (Metro Manila)

Industry: Financial Services / Insurance

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support a leading financial services organization.

The successful candidate will analyze business data, prepare reports, develop dashboards, and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions, operational efficiency, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• * Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and performance trackers using Excel, Power BI or other reporting tools.
• * Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.

Requirements

• * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• * At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business reporting, or business intelligence.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
• * Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction and reporting.
• * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• * Good analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• * Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements.
• * Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• * Experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
• * Knowledge of Python, Power Query or other data automation tools.
• * Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes and database management.
