Job summary

Comrise in the Philippines is seeking a data management professional to validate client data, match jobs, and contribute to team metrics. • Provide job matching recommendations.
• Contribute to the production of overall team metrics for inclusion in client status reports.
• Ensure timely and error-free delivery of outputs in accordance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and other team members to ensure the highest level of data quality for submissions being processed.
• Build internal relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, virtual teams across different geographic locations.
• Support the expansion of Data Management scope of work through active participation in working groups and special projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 guidelines.

The Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Access is an advantage.
• Intermediate problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word; knowledge of Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Familiarity with compensation functions and job benchmarking is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
