Job summary

A leading e-commerce solutions provider is seeking a Data Admin to support business operations in the Philippines. The role involves customer service, reporting, finance support, and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience in product data management. Ability to start ASAP preferred. This is an on-site position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product data management or business analytics.
• Experience with e-commerce CMS and website platforms is a plus.
• Preferred experience in BPO or shared services reporting to overseas teams.
• Experience with e-commerce CMS and website platforms.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration.
• Organizational skills for handling multiple business priorities.
• Proficiency with Canva for creating and updating promotional website banners and optimizing images.
• Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) preferred.

• Knowledge of wholesale, distribution, or retail e-commerce.

What You'll Do

Customer Service

• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with clients

Review of Jobs

• Verify and review details for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information

Reporting

• Generate and compile reports, customer interactions, and relevant metrics
• Present data-driven insights to support decision-making

Finance Support

• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records

Procurement Assistance

• Enter procurement data and track orders
• Maintain supplier relationships and process procurement documentation accurately and on time

Management

• Customer relationship management and lead tracking
• Update and maintain customer records in the system

Tools and Data Management
