Job summary

Eversign Design Solutions OPC is seeking an experienced Dance Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service while leading the team effectively.

You will manage recruitment, sales strategies, financial oversight, and performance reporting, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies. Weekend hours may be required to meet studio needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–5 years experience as a Dance Studio Manager or similar.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dance studio for smooth business operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance evaluation.
Develop strategies to increase enrollments, memberships, and customer satisfaction while maintaining client relationships.
Monitor budgets, payroll coordination, inventory, scheduling, and other administrative functions.
Lead, motivate, and supervise studio staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational, financial, and performance reports.
Identify and propose new business opportunities, partnerships, and programs in the dance studio sector.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
