Job summary

You will manage recruitment, sales strategies, financial oversight, and performance reporting, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies. Weekend hours may be required to meet studio needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience as a Dance Studio Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dance studio for smooth business operations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance evaluation.
• Develop strategies to increase enrollments, memberships, and customer satisfaction while maintaining client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, payroll coordination, inventory, scheduling, and other administrative functions.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise studio staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational, financial, and performance reports.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities, partnerships, and programs in the dance studio sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dance studio, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

• Recruitment & Training: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff performance.

• Sales & Customer Service: Develop strategies to increase enrollments, memberships, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Financial & Administrative Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, payroll coordination, inventory, scheduling, and other administrative functions.

• People Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise studio staff to ensure productivity, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.

• Reporting: Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, or as required by management.

• Business Development: Identify, analyze, and propose new business opportunities, partnerships, and programs related to the dance studio and fitness industry.

• Compliance: Ensure the studio complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Dance Studio Manager or in a similar management role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
