In this role you will uphold safety and brand standards, prepare performance reports, and drive studio profitability through upselling and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in studio operations or client-facing service environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of sales processing and customer service operations helps.
• Experience with photography studios or creative spaces is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, including opening/closing and facility readiness.
• Manage bookings, scheduling, inquiries, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with studio orientation and setup.
• Monitor and organize studio equipment, props, and supplies.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacements.
• Support sales and revenue through upselling and packages.
• Supervise studio assistants and support staff, including training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with brand, service, safety, and operational standards.
• Maintain safety records and incident logs; report equipment issues and maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports on bookings, sales, revenue, and expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
