Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to support Tenable, a global cybersecurity leader. You will identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities while building relationships with business decision-makers across target accounts.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, handle inbound and outbound prospecting, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SaaS/tech sales, business development, or account management.
• B2B or SMB sales experience.
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Engage with marketing-generated leads and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify potential customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across target accounts.
• Understand customer challenges through discovery and consultative conversations.
• Present cybersecurity solutions (Tenable) to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop penetration and growth strategies.
• Manage assigned territories and support renewals/expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates.
• Achieve outreach, pipeline, and revenue targets.
