Wonolo is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to join the Central Operations team from the Philippines. You will help automate and instrument AI-driven workflows, build analytics dashboards, and drive adoption of AI tools across operations.

The role emphasizes low-code/no-code automation using platforms like Zapier and strong data analysis skills. As part of a remote, globally-distributed company, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and recruiters to streamline processes and report

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years using low-code/no-code automation like Zapier.
• Strong SQL writing skills.
• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to translate open-ended questions into analyses.
• Understanding of analytical frameworks (A/B tests, KPI creation).

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation requests using low-code tools.
• Develop unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across systems.
• Drive internal adoption of AI by making tools accessible to ops stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation for automations used within the team.
• Provide structured feedback to align AI agent behavior with workflows.
• Experiment with LLM evaluation and monitoring tools to support human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Stay current on developments in agentic AI and no/low-code platforms.
