Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee CX-centric software initiatives from development to market success. You will blend technical acumen with Agile coaching to guide cross-functional teams through transformation, leveraging GTM execution and change management to move new CX-driven applications into live environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
PM certs (PMP/PRINCE2/CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, budget, and success criteria.
Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce technology projects within time, scope, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX, business) to drive alignment and delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
Coach teams on Agile adoption and best practices for continuous improvement.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; remove blockers to maintain momentum.
Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders for clear communication.
Monitor progress using KPIs (velocity, timelines, quality) and report to leadership.
Ensure delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions, including integrations, checkout, catalog, and performance optimization.
Drive process improvements and apply project management methodologies based on team maturity.
