Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead IT operations and infrastructure initiatives across our technology landscape, ensuring production readiness and ongoing business value for our customers.

This role combines strong ITIL, Agile delivery, and leadership skills to manage end‑to‑end projects, drive risk management, CAB participation, and seamless handoffs to operations with complete documentation and runbooks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related field.
ITIL v3/v4, PMP/PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
5+ years in project management, IT infrastructure/operations with ITIL.
Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and transitions from traditional methods.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT operations and infrastructure projects with operational readiness.
Integrate ITIL practices across the project lifecycle, focusing on Service Transition.
Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams.
Govern change and release activities; participate in CAB reviews.
Ensure go-live readiness with documentation, knowledge articles and runbooks.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues; minimize live-service disruption.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management processes.
