Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, budget, and success criteria.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce technology projects within time, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX, business) to drive alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
• Coach teams on Agile adoption and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders for clear communication.
• Monitor progress using KPIs (velocity, timelines, quality) and report to leadership.
• Ensure delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions, including integrations, checkout, catalog, and performance optimization.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager specializing in Customer Experience-centric software application development project management to oversee our key digital initiatives. We need a leader who does more than just oversee a build you ensure its ultimate market success.

The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with Agile coaching to guide cross-functional teams through Agile transformation. Leveraging a deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) execution and change management, you will seamlessly transition new, CX-centric applications from the development pipeline to a live, widely adopted environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters by collaborating with stakeholders to convert business cases into defined scope, timelines, budget, and measurable success criteria.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce technology projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to engineering, QA, product, UX, and business stakeholders) to drive alignment, change management and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
• Support Agile adoption by coaching teams and stakeholders on best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor project progress using KPIs (e.g., velocity, timelines, quality) and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Ensure delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions, including integrations, checkout, catalog, and performance optimization.
• Drive process improvements and apply appropriate project management methodologies based on team maturity and project needs.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in project management for software development, preferably Digital Experience.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with working in high-growth environments.
• Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, and digital experience optimization.
• Experience with specific eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, APIs, and systems integration.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
• Strong planning, estimation, and dependency management skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams to adopt Agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting project performance.
