Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Process Improvement Officer to lead the development of continuous improvement programs for our customer experience store cleanliness and condition systems, tools and processes. You will conduct constant store visits, contextual interviews, and data validation to drive operating cost improvement and efficiencies.

The role focuses on cleanliness/sanitation, store upkeep, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold CX standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or project lead role.
• Exposure to Cleanliness & Sanitation Systems is a plus.
• Experience in the food industry (QSR) is a plus.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Leads development of customer experience tools and processes for store cleanliness and condition.
• Develops and manages the C&S System and related programs in restaurant operations.
• Ensures alignment of store initiatives with customer experience standards and cross-functional requirements.
• Upholds the Cleanliness and Condition pillar in support of FSC.
• Executes stakeholder alignment through timely tasks and effective feedback.
• Provides technical support to stores to meet CX standards.
• Leads problem solving via data and store visits to address gaps.
• Drives continuous improvement programs and cost efficiency initiatives.
