Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Restaurant Industry or Retail Operations.
• Knowledgeable in food service operations with managerial experience.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of the restaurant sales management process as subject matter expert.
• Drive development and implementation of digital sales channels and payment systems.
• Spearhead POS front-of-house improvements across channels and touchpoints (delivery, dine-in, takeout, drive-through, bulk orders).
• Oversee POS master data management and ensure data coherence with business requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end Systems and Solutions Development Life Cycle for ROS and POS scope; drive continuous improvement and change management.
