Job summary

This role requires a minimum of 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.

• Demonstrate strong project management to address issues and drive improvements.
• Develop executive communications about the state of Client Experience surveys; participate in AI/ML projects to improve customer experience.
