Qualifications

• 2nd year college level is preferred in Business, Hospitality, or Communications.
• 1 to 3 years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience; BPO a plus.
• High proficiency in MS Office and English communication; 99% accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process and update reservations from online channels with high accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity through validation and reporting.
• Manage workflows and queues to prevent backlogs and improve task completion.
• Communicate effectively with team and management about rate structures and ops issues.
• Perform general admin duties and ad hoc tasks for Revenue Managers.
