Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and typing speed 40–50 WPM.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and review pre-entry requirements.
• Review and update customer profiles for assigned accounts.
• Prepare commercial regulatory documents (customs invoices, origin certificates, cargo-control documents).
• Assist in creating customs forms and obtaining release of shipments.
