You will provide ocean quotes to clients and agents, manage tracking and tracing, and update client notes. The role also involves vendor task approvals, billing, and maintaining carrier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of marine insurance.
• Knowledge of INCO terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and set up international Ocean import including liaising between client and carrier, preparing required documentation and setting up insurance
• Coordinate and set up international Ocean export including liaising between client and carrier, preparing required documentation and setting up insurance
• Provide ocean quotes to clients and agents
• Manage tracking and tracing and update client visible notes accordingly
• Perform administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
• Review and adhere to export controls regulations and MIGRA
