Job summary

JORI Logistics is seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our Cebu Freight Team. The role focuses on coordinating international ocean imports and exports, liaising with clients and carriers, and ensuring accurate documentation and insurance arrangements.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of logistics experience, knowledge of INCO terms, and strong verbal and written communication. A fast-paced, autonomous work environment and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience with strong knowledge of logistics.
• Knowledge of marine insurance.
• Knowledge of INCO terms.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and with high keying accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates international Ocean import, liaises between client and carrier, prepares documentation and sets up insurance.
• Coordinates international Ocean export, liaises between client and carrier, prepares documentation and sets up insurance.
• Provides ocean quotes to clients and agents.
• Tracking and tracing; updates client notes in CW.
• Administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and carriers.
• Reviews export controls regulations and MIGRA compliance.
