Job summary

ASPAC International, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented professional in the Philippines to receive and proofread RRD and shipping documents through the FS System, and to prepare export/import declarations with relevant permits and clearances. The role requires knowledge of customs regulations, strong communication, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities include monitoring declarations via VASP, checking shipment arrival details, and coordinating funds for charges, while providing status

Qualifications

• BS Customs Administration degree.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receives and proofreads RRD and shipping documents thru the FS System.
• Prepares export/import declarations.
• Prepares export/import permit/clearances applications.
• Monitors status of declarations thru the VASP.
• Checks arrival details of shipment.
• Request funds for payment of shipment charges.
• Provides a shipment status report to Sales & Services Department
