Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with import/export shipment experience to join our logistics team in Ortigas/Cubao. You will handle customs declarations, data entry, and related documentation while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 50 WPM typing, English communication skills, and proficiency in CargoWise One and MS Office. Immediate start available with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have import/export shipment data entry experience.
• Excellent keyboarding speed (≥50 WPM).
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into database accurately and timely.
• Create, convert, and value customs declarations.
• Handle customs and quarantine documents (HBL, PKL, CIV, PKD, COO).
• Prepare and review customs documents for compliance.
