Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a Logistics Operations professional in Metro Manila to manage import/export registrations, bookings, warehousing, and communications with clients and carriers. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across airfreight and seafreight processes.

The position offers HMO from day 1, a 20k signing bonus, ongoing training, and opportunities to travel or cross-train as you grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or ops support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Logistics systems familiarity is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to shift schedule and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to Cubao and Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Execute import/export shipment registrations for airfreight and sea freight.
• Arrange shipment bookings, warehousing, transport assignments, and pickups.
• Compile shipment details and prepare customs clearance documents.
• Handle Airfreight and Seafreight registration and documentation.
• Prepare and process operating documents (invoices, reports).
• Maintain client trackers and shipment status dashboards.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
