Job summary

HRTX, Cebu-based, seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Assistant Manager to oversee logistics operations, warehouse management, and distribution across Visayas. You will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize fleet and warehouse activities, and support timely product deliveries through the branch network.

The role requires a strong background in inventory control, route optimization, and ERP/WMS systems, with travel within the Visayas region anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, warehousing, fleet operations, distribution, or inventory management.
• Experience managing multiple sites or sizeable fleets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement of goods across warehouses and branch locations.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for efficiency, safety, and space optimization.
• Supervise delivery vehicles, including route planning, maintenance coordination, and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records via cycle counts and stock takes.
• Control and accountability of motorcycles, spare parts, and other assets in warehouses.
• Monitor delivery performance and optimize routes and truck utilization.
• Track inventory movement, aging stock, and items in transit.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, trucking, and warehouse service providers.
• Monitor logistics expenses including transport, warehouse ops, and handling costs.
• Lead and develop warehouse, logistics, fleet, dispatch, and inventory teams.
• Implement process improvements, procedures, reporting tools, and business continuity.
