Veilig Cargo Movers, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to clients.

You will track shipments and maintain accurate delivery logs to ensure timely arrivals. Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch, while resolving delays

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to clients.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery logs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, delivery schedules, and operational costs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations
