You will conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and proposals, manage multiple accounts, and work closely with operations to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage.
• Experience in customs brokerage or logistics is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and client visits.
• Promote customs brokerage and logistics services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service for smooth delivery.
• Maintain records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
