You will oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving for a diverse client portfolio. The role emphasizes maintaining efficient shipment operations, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating with partner lines, brokers, and service providers to ensure compliant, timely transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or seafreight.
• Strong understanding of seafreight shipping processes, customs regulations, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in logistics management systems and MS Office.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor seafreight shipment status and provide clients with timely updates.
• Coordinate pickup, tracking, and delivery of seafreight shipments for multiple clients.
• Liaise with partner shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure compliant, timely transport.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requirements promptly and building relationships.
• Maintain organized shipment records and documents in CW1 folders.
