Syntalix Partners in Manila is seeking a dedicated Customs Clearance Specialist to handle import and export clearance, prepare and review related documents, and coordinate with the Bureau of Customs and other authorities.

The role requires experience in customs clearance, good English communication, and strong coordination with shipping, ports, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must hold a valid PIC as a registered Customs Broker.
• Experience in customs clearance and import/export documentation.
• Background in shipping agency, logistics, port operations, or related industries.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance for import and export shipments.
• Prepare and review import/export and customs-related documents.
• Coordinate with the Bureau of Customs and other relevant government authorities.
• Handle general cargo clearance and related customs processes.
• Coordinate with shipping, port, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance operations.
• Monitor shipment and customs clearance status and resolve related issues.
• Ensure customs clearance activities and documentation comply with relevant requirements.
