Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Clark, Pampanga, is hiring for customer service representatives to assist customers via calls and other channels, deliver timely resolutions, educate clients about products, and meet KPIs and SLAs.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1 year college with no back subject, strong communication skills, and willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays at an on-site Clark site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or at least 1 year completed in college with no back subject; BPO experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle calls and inquiries.
• Willingness to work on-site at Clark, Pampanga and to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via calls as the main support channel (and other channels as needed) and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform research or due diligence to resolve issues, educate clients, and promote products and services.
• Navigate multiple online applications with proficiency, maintain knowledge of financial/banking products, and follow policies/regulatory requirements.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction and performance evaluation.
• Adhere to program-specific processes, policies, and procedures; perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
