You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat and support bookings, modifications, or cancellations.

Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, are required. Paid training on travel systems and procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred).
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.

• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
• Onsite availability in Metro Manila.
