Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Associate II for Mall of Asia (MOA) location. The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet, providing service and resolving non-routine issues per client requirements.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, clarifying needs, demonstrating empathy, greeting customers professionally, maintaining product knowledge, and documenting interactions in the call tracking database. Location: MOA, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months customer service experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer/navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn and solve problems.
• Dependable with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
• Team player or able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and resolve non-standard issues.
• Listen attentively and demonstrate empathy to build rapport.
• Greet customers professionally.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work, with proper account notations.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
